Recipe: Salad Dressing for Dark Leafy Greens

This recipe was derived from the Kale chip recipe but doesn't contain the green onions and has more liquids added to it. The dressing is addicting and makes eating dark leafy greens irresistible.


Here's the recipe:


Salad Dressing for Dark Leafy Greens

1/3 cup hemp seeds (or soaked cashews)

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/3 cup water + 3-4 Tbsp.'s

1/4 cup E.V. olive oil

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 clove garlic

Blend, in a jar, with a handheld blender or double or triple the batch and use a blender until mixture is nice and smooth. Pour over chopped leafy greens.
