Here's the recipe:
Tender BBQ and Brown Rice
2 (+) cups cooked brown rice
4 whole wheat tortillas, cut into small squares
Leftovers from Tender BBQ Meat meal
Couple dashes sea salt
Place all ingredients in one pot.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cook until thoroughly warmed and serve!
* A salad or side of veggies goes great with this meal.
