Recipe: Cranberry-Apple Juice

Cranberries contain a great amount of phytonutrients that are anti-inflammatory, contain anti-oxidants, and have anti-cancer benefits. They contain an excellent amount of vitamin C, manganese and vitamin K.

We decided to experiment with making our own freshly made cranberry-apple juice and really enjoyed the juice it made.

Here's the recipe:

Cranberry-Apple Juice

1 lb fresh cranberries
4 sweet apples

Juice them in a juicer such as a Champion Juicer and enjoy the result!

Also, my kids have found that they love to munch on the cranberries as a snack! Who knew. I always thought they'd be to bitter but the slightly bitter taste doesn't stop them from enjoying the remaining delightful taste.
