Recipe: Coconut-Peach (or mango) Meal

Okay so I made up the name of this recipe.
(If you couldn't tell.)

I don't know what to call it. But it's so good!

Disclaimer:

We usually use sticky rice for this recipe. Nutritionally, sticky rice is nothing compared to brown rice or quinoa. So, if you want this meal to be extra super healthy (but maybe not quite as tasty) use the brown rice or quinoa - or any other healthy grain you think might work well with this simple recipe.

Coconut-Peach (or mango) Meal

Cooked sticky rice (Don't cook with salt. We buy the Calrose brand.)
Can of coconut milk (I buy the Thai brand - it should be nice and thick once shaken up. Good Earth carries this. So does Wal-mart.)
Fresh farmer's peaches (cut up into smaller pieces)
or sliced mangos

Place the rice in a bowl. Pour desired amount of coconut milk over rice. Add desired amount of peaches.

Stir it up (or don't) and enjoy!
