Some people disagree with her. . .I feel she knows what she's talking about.
She's a lipid biochemist of 60 years!

It's a book worth getting if your interested on the subject and if you are in need of some hard facts for those people who will (or maybe do) come to you saying: "but saturated fats are bad for you."
We need to be informed.
