These are my kids' most recent favorite treat. They're simple to make. Probiotic rich. And a delight to eat.
Here are the ingredients:
3 cans coconut milk
3 mangos, chopped
1 tsp. raw honey
1 banana
2-3 opened probiotic capsules
Some berries or other fruit of choice to place in the middle.
Simply blend them up in a blender. Pour into muffin liners that have been placed in a muffin pan. Place fruit on top and freeze.
Makes about 36.
