Recipe: Almond Bread

This bread is gluten free, is nice and moist and is quite filling. This recipe is the basic recipe but it can be altered in so many ways (recipes coming soon!)

Here's the recipe:

Almond Bread

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup carrot or apple juice or add some stevia
1/4 tsp salt

 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix all these ingredient together.
3. Grease bread pan then flour with some extra almond flour.
4. Place mixture in bread pan and bake for  50 minutes to an hour - until a toothpick or fork, poked in the bread comes out clean.

Keep bread stored in a ziploc bag or container and store in the fridge.
