Recipe: Almond Thins

If you've made almond milk, you can try using the leftover almond meal for this recipe:

Almond Thins

2 Cups packed almond meal
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup flax seeds, ground into meal
1/2 tsp sea salt

Mix almond meal and flax meal together in a bowl.

Add the oil and salt, mix together.

Press onto a lightly greased dehydrator tray, keeping it about 1/4" thick.

Score into pieces (sizes are up to you).

Use a spatula to transfer each piece onto a mesh dehydrator tray.

Dehydrate at 110° for 5-7 hours.

*You can top these with pesto or coconut manna or cream cheese etc.!
