Recipe: Vegetable & Turkey Quinoa

This quick meal was a hit in our home last night ...



Here's the recipe:




Vegetable & Turkey Quinoa

3 cups steamed mixed veggies (we used cut up brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots and red cabbage)
4 cups cooked quinoa
1-2 cups chopped up pre-sliced turkey
6 Tbsp butter
1 tsp sea salt

Steam your veggies. Cook your quinoa. Add the two together in a pot, on medium heat. Add the turkey, butter and salt. Stir until butter has melted and all the ingredients have warmed up.

Serve!

So good. So easy. So healthy!
