We're in need of extra healthy and live food to help us get over a bug we've been fighting off. Here's a simple fruit salad we enjoyed for today's breakfast...Chia Seed Fruit Salad
1 Orange, peeled and cut up into chunks
1/2 mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1 apple, sliced and cut into chunks
1 banana, cut into chunks
1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
Toss together and eat!
