Here's the recipe:
Avocado and Egg Salsa Salad
2 Hormone and Cage-Free Eggs, slowly and lightly scrambled
1 whole avocado, cubed
1/2 cup fermented salsa
First I place the eggs in the bowl, next drop the avocado onto the eggs and pour the salsa on top and simply eat it as-is with a spoon.
This little dish is so simple, so good and so healthy!
