It's such a simple recipe that hits the spot when craving something.
Here's the recipe:
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Kefir (or Yogurt)
small handful of blackberries
Mix the hazelnuts and cinnamon together. Place in the bottom of a bowl. Pour kefir over the top and drop berries on top.
(Flax seed oil can be added to the kefir to create that whole protein that our cells love.)
