Here's the simple recipe:
Green Apple-Peach Smoothie
Handful of spinach
1 or 2 Kale leaves
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup raw apple juice
1 banana
Smoothies are so much fun - whenever we feel like it we'll throw in something extra like soaked goji berries or pour in some aloe vera juice, add some berries or add a small helping of wheatgrass juice.
