Recipe: Garlic Breadsticks

Oh this recipe is heavenly. And there's so much goodness within it: The good fats from the olive oil within the mayo and butter, the proteins from the egg within the mayo, the anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties within the garlic and the nutrients coming from the sprouted wheat...

Here's the recipe:

Garlic Bread

Dough:

1 1/2 cups hot water
3 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tbsp sea salt
2 Tbsp melted or very soft butter
1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
Sprouted wheat flour

Garlic Spread:

1 cup home made mayo
1/4 cup raw butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
chopped green onions
cheese topping of your choice

Mix together the water, honey, sea salt, butter and yeast. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out dough to fit your greased cake pan. Place in oven. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Leave in oven for 12 minutes. (You can let the dough rise first before placing it in oven but we'd rather not have real poofy bread sticks.) Score dough into desired bread stick shapes. Apply Garlic spread over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Keep in oven for 10-12 more minutes.
