Cinnamon Quinoa
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup quinoa
fresh blackberries
cinnamon
pecans
raw organic agave or hazelnut creamer
Rinse quinoa well. Combine milk, water and quinoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until most of water is absorbed. Turn heat off. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place some quinoa in your bowl. Add desired amount of cinnamon. Stir. Drizzle on agave or hazelnut creamer. Add desired amount of blackberries and pecans.
