Recipe: Vanilla Wafer Cheesecake Crust

Vanilla wafers have many uses - one of them being that they make a great cheesecake crust.

Here's the recipe:

Vanilla Wafer Cheesecake Crust

1 1/2 crushed/crumbled vanilla wafers

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

1/3 cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together ingredients. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven. Set aside to cool.
