Recipe: French Toast

We just had this healthy version of french toast for breakfast this morning and we all enjoyed it thoroughly!

French Toast

5 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of sea salt
1/2 tsp aluminum free baking soda
1/4 cup cream from raw milk
8 - 10 slices of sprouted wheat bread
Pure maple syrup
Raw Butter

Butter a pan and heat it on a medium heat setting. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture. Cook the bread until lightly browned on both sides.

Slather on the butter. Pour on a bit of maple syrup sprinkle on some cut up fruit if desired and it's ready for the eating.
